Privacy Regulations Glow<\/strong><\/p>\n

In our Privacy Regulations, we use a number of definitions (these definitions can be used in singular and plural):<\/p>\n

IP addresses\/cookies<\/p>\n

Glow keeps track of IP addresses of (potential) customers, suppliers and business relations who visit the website. This data allows us to:<\/p>\n

\u2022 to register which internet site\/internet pages you visit; \u2022 improve the functionality and content of the website; \u2022 keep track of which topics or applications (potential) customers, suppliers and business relationships are interested in; \u2022 ensure that you do not receive the same information over and over again;<\/p>\n

Explanations regarding the placing of cookies When you visit our website, cookies are automatically placed so that we can keep track of certain information based on your IP address. 3. The provision of personal data to third parties<\/p>\n

Glow does not provide personal information to individuals or companies outside the Glow organization, unless:<\/p>\n

4. Duties\/secure access\/confidentiality\/retention period<\/p>\n

The security consists: \u2022 of having a personal password for each person working for Glow to log into the digital system. \u2022 the persons working for Glow have a duty of confidentiality regarding all personal data provided to Glow; \u2022 Glow has taken technical measures to protect the system it used against external infringements in accordance with the law; \u2022 your personal data will not be retained for longer than is necessary for proper administration and\/or other established purposes. Glow has a period of two years after the last purchase, order, invoice or service provided, after which the data will be destroyed. The law may require a different retention period. If so, Glow will adhere to the prescribed legal retention period.<\/p>\n

5. Your rights as a data subject<\/p>\n

\u2022 right to information: the right to know if and what personal data of you are being processed and for what purpose; \u2022 ‘court of law’ means the right to access and copy such data in so far as it does not harm the privacy of another person; \u2022 the right to correct, supplement or delete data if necessary (right to correct and delete). The right to request (partial) deletion of your data can only be met if the retention of the data for another is not of significant importance and the data should not be retained under legislation; \u2022 the right of resistance: the right to oppose the processing of your data in certain cases; \u2022 the right to data portability: the right to receive the personal data that is retained from you in order to be transferred to another organisation;<\/p>\n

\u2022 the right to a human gaze in automated decisions. In the case of an automated decision, there is the right to have the decision made by human intervention.<\/p>\n

If you want to use your rights, you can indicate this by email at info@cookielifestyle.com. If your request is rejected, you will be explained why. One reason may be that your file contains information that is or may be of interest to others. You will receive notification from Glow within one month of receiving your request.<\/p>\n

Even if you have a complaint about the way in which your personal data is processed, you can contact Glow and try to get out with you.<\/p>\n
